Residents should be aware that they have signed and agreed to all aspects of the OCSH Lease. This is a binding document, and residents are contractually obligated to everything listed in that document. Should residents have any questions regarding this Lease they should contact the Housing Manager. The terms of the lease are for a FULL ACADEMIC YEAR (August to May).
