Each semester OCSH will conduct an all-resident building meeting. Information concerning rules and regulations are established here as well as a chance for residents to meet one another. Mandatory meetings may also be called during a semester to address emergency situations or vital information. Notice of these meetings will be clearly posted and residents will also be notified through their student email account. Failure to attend or provide a prior written schedule conflict to the Housing Manager will result in a $50 fine. In addition, residents are responsible for all information and new policies given at mandatory meetings.
