Residents are responsible for making sure they understand where they are allowed to park, and should adhere to the following guidelines:
- Residents are to park in the lot located west of Building 3A & 3B at Coyote Village and in the South Parking Lot at Durant Hall.
- Parking spaces identified as “Reserved” are spaces where residents are prohibited to park.
- Parking in fire lanes is prohibited by city and state law.
- Handicap parking is designated for students, visitors, or staff who are in need for physical reasons. Parking in these spaces without having a permit is disrespecting those who sincerely need those spaces.
- Residents are required to park inside the lines and not permitted to take up additional parking spots.
- Guests may also park in the lot designated for OCSH residents, or in front of the Community Center. Guests are not permitted to park in any reserved spot for any reason.
Any resident or student found in violation of any of the stated parking guidelines outlined in this section or as stated by Campus Police will be subject to a ticket, disciplinary action, or towing of the vehicle in violation. Residents that have questions regarding parking should contact the of Housing Manager or Campus Police.
