In accordance with Texas Senate Bill 8, all multi‑occupancy restrooms, locker rooms, and changing facilities located in college‑owned or college‑controlled buildings are designated for use based on biological sex asigned at birth.
To support the needs of all students, employees, and visitors, Weatherford College provides single‑occupancy, or family restrooms across campus. These facilities are available to any person seeking additional privacy.
All employees, students and visitors are expected to follow all posted restroom and changing‑facility designations in accordance with Texas Senate Bill 8 and Weatherford College Board Policy CL(Legal).
