OCSH does not guarantee any student that lives on campus a private apartment during the academic year. Throughout the academic year, OCSH reserves the right to require occupants of apartments to move together when doing so will: (1) reduce the cost of utilities, (2) simplify cleaning, or (3) make space available for housing of special groups. Residents should be prepared to receive a roommate at any time that a spot becomes vacant within their apartment.
